The principle of operation

Hydrogen peroxide has a strong oxidizing effect, when it enters
into the sterilization chamber under vacuum is in the gaseous
state and spreads quickly. Subjected to a strong electric field in
the presence of water decomposes in many active free radicals
and spreads on the surfaces and in the inner parts. Gas
molecules active (they are essentially free electrons and ions),
kill bacteria and microorganisms.
After the sterilization process, the pressure back to atmospheric,
the particles are recombined into water and oxygen, also
with the aid of UV disintegrants, without any residue in the
surrounding environment.

Features of the sterilization chamber

Hydrogen peroxide is very sensitive to the temperature difference in the sterilization chamber. For this reason the chamber was made of aluminum, metal that possesses a good thermal conductivity and allows to keep the temperature constant. Which ensures less sterilization times, uniformity of chemical treatment and no residue. The thickness of the chamber wall is 8 mm. and anti-oxidant, its life span is more than 10 years.


Fields of application

Description of the process
The dirty air, driven by a circulation fan, through the initial filter that removes large particles such as dust, then passes through the filter means so as to remove additional dust particles and substances thinner.
